Baxter Declares Quarterly Dividend

Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX), a global medtech leader, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.29 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on October 3, 2022, to shareholders of record as of September 2, 2022. The indicated annual dividend rate is $1.16 per share of common stock.
