Stacey Eisen is senior vice president, Chief Communications Officer and Corporate Marketing, and president, Baxter International Foundation.

Tobi Karchmer, M.D., M.S.

Tobi Karchmer, M.D., M.S., is senior vice president and chief medical and scientific officer. Prior to her appointment to chief medical officer in 2021, Karchmer served as vice president, Worldwide Medical, which consists of Baxter's Global and Regional Medical Affairs teams, Clinical Research team and Strategy and Delivery team.

Reazur (​Reaz) Rasul

Reazur (​Reaz) Rasul is executive vice president and group president, Healthcare Systems & Technologies. He was appointed to his role leading Healthcare Systems & Technologies in 2023 after serving as president of Front Line Care since 2022. Prior to that, Rasul served as general manager for the Acute Therapies & Medication Delivery businesses. He joined Baxter in 2017.
