Proposition 65
The following information is being provided in accordance with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986: Proposition 65

The voters of California enacted by referendum the “Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986,” commonly known as Proposition 65. This law states that businesses may not “expose any individual to a chemical known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without first giving clear and reasonable warning.”
Chemicals commonly used in manufacturing processes for medical and drug products and material constituents in medical and drug products and their packaging are included in the list of chemicals that by this law, require clear and reasonable warning. Baxter Healthcare Corporation’s products are covered by the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the California Sherman Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law. All of our products comply with the standards established by these regulatory bodies and our own internal standards for safety, efficacy and labeling information.
