James Borzi
Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer
James Borzi is executive vice president, chief supply chain officer.
Borzi joined Baxter in August 2020 from GE Healthcare, where he served as vice president, chief supply chain officer from 2019 to 2020. Prior to joining GE Healthcare, he spent five years with Becton Dickinson (BD) in various manufacturing operations leadership roles; his last role with BD was executive vice president of Global Operations and chief supply chain officer.
Earlier in his career, he was senior vice president of Operations & Technology at Hydro Aluminum and executive vice president of Worldwide Operations at Lennox International. Prior to that, he was the chief operating officer at AEES and senior vice president of Americas Operations at Alcoa.
Borzi has more than 30 years of operations and supply chain leadership experience across diverse industries. He holds two U.S. patents, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and member of the National Association of Manufacturers Leadership Council.
He serves as executive sponsor of BaxVets, a business resource group for employees that supports veterans and active military service members through community service activities, networking, mentoring and staffing. He also serves as a member of Baxter's Global Inclusion Council.
Borzi received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Penn State University and a master’s degree in manufacturing management from Kettering University.
