Baxter Suspends PAC Contributions Following Acts of Violence at U.S. Capitol
DEERFIELD, Ill. -
Baxter has temporarily suspended contributions from its political action committee (PAC), which is funded by voluntary employee contributions, to current members of U.S. Congress. This decision is in response to the violence and unlawful acts that occurred at the U.S. Capitol on January 6. Baxter condemns these violent acts and calls on members of Congress and all of our nation’s leaders to work together to unite the country and help us move forward together. We welcome the Biden-Harris administration as part of our efforts to bring our mission to life on behalf of the patients, clinicians and communities we serve across the U.S. and around the world.
