Cecilia Soriano

Cecilia Soriano is Group President, Infusion Therapies & Technologies & Pharmaceuticals 
 
Soriano was appointed to her expanded role in 2025 after serving as president of Infusion Therapies and Technologies since joining Baxter in 2023.  
 
Soriano brings nearly 30 years of experience across medical device and pharmaceutical businesses to Baxter, having previously served as global vice president/general manager of microbiology at Becton Dickinson (BD) in addition to holding several roles across marketing, commercial and business leadership at both BD and Johnson & Johnson.  
 
Soriano serves as a member of the board of ScionHealth, a national healthcare system. She received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Universidad Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and an MBA from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech University.
