Baxter's Renal Clinical Helpline is our response center for health-care practitioners to receive up-to-date clinical information about dialysis therapies. Questions received via the Internet are answered by our clinical information specialist, who consults with experts to provide you with answers. Upon receipt of your inquiry, every effort will be made to respond within three (3) business days. Should you wish to speak directly to a renal professional, you may call the Clinical Helpline in the United States at 1-888-736-2543, option 2. We are staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Central Standard Time.

Dialysis Patients

Baxter's renal professionals are not physicians, and therefore cannot provide specific treatment advice or prescribe a course of treatment for patients. Patients should discuss such information with their physician and/or other health-care professionals. All dialysis patients contacting the Renal Clinical Helpline will be referred back to their dialysis unit, their physician or their nurse.

Pricing Policy

Baxter's Renal Clinical Helpline is not a resource for pricing information. Please note, this site is intended for health-care practitioners to receive clinical information pertaining to dialysis therapies only. Should you require pricing information for any Renal product, please contact your local sales representative (account executive) or the Baxter office in your country or region.
