Baxter offers field service repair on the COLLEAGUE and FLO-GARD Volumetric Infusion pumps at most hospital locations. The Field Service Team handles most warrantied and out-of-warranty repairs, including onsite testing, field investigations, and preventive maintenance.
If you have already been approved for field service and would like to schedule a field repair, call 1-800-THE-PUMP and select prompt 3 from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM ET, Monday-Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET on Saturdays. Please have the following information available:

Hospital or facility name
Complete service address
Contact name and telephone number
Date service is required
Any special instructions
Purchase order number (if applicable)
Brief description of problem
Model and serial number of equipment

Equipment Service Hours and Charges
Normal service hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, in the time zone where the service is requested. Field service will be performed during Baxter’s normal business hours at Baxter’s currently stated standard rate. Field service performed after Baxter’s normal business hours and on weekends and holidays will be charged at a premium labor rate.
