Cell Selection

Isolex 300i Magnetic Cell Selection System

The process of cell selection removes unwanted cells from the cell harvest leaving a purified fraction of cells ready to transfuse to the patient. FDA approved the ISOLEX 300i Magnetic Cell Selection System for the clinical selection of CD34 positive cells, affording the passive depletion of tumor cells from autologous apheresis products.

The use of the ISOLEX system is contraindicated in patients whose tumors express the CD34 antigen. ISOLEX processing is not indicated for use with previously cryopreserved and thawed peripheral blood progenitor cell products.

Cell Freezing


The freezing and cryopreservation of blood components is a necessary part of cellular therapy. The CRYOCYTE Freezing Containers allow for closed filling and fluid transfer (sterile connecting device compatible).

Cell Washing


Washing and concentrating cellular products is efficiently accomplished with the CYTOMATE Cell Processing System. The system features a disposable set that creates a closed system fluid path for cell processing in a cGMP environment.

Cell Culture


The ability to culture and expand cell concentrations in a laboratory is efficiently accomplished with LIFECELL Tissue Culture Bags. These bags are designed for cultivation of cells that grow in suspension.
