Manufactured catheter stabilization devices are now listed as preferred in the 2006 Infusion Nursing Standards of Practice.1 This stabilization and securement device is used to lock catheters and lines securely in place.

Our product portfolio:

  • Packaged sterile, latex free
  • Easy to apply and remove
  • Contains no rigid components; the soft, flexible design enhances patient comfort
  • Holds lines and tubes 1.5 to 8.0 mm in diameter
  • Includes a hydrocolloid adhesive device that is designed to be gentle on the skin of pediatric, neonatal and elderly patients

 

Baxter's catheter stabilization device is available individually packaged or in kits with either INTERLINK or CLEARLINK System extension sets.
