Baxter’s Ethics and Compliance Helpline is an independent telephone and Web resource that is available for employees and their families, suppliers, customers, and other Baxter stakeholders to seek guidance about or report possible company ethics and compliance issues. This includes conduct that may involve a violation of applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and accounting procedures otherwise inconsistent with Baxter’s Ethics and Compliance Standards.
Through Navex, Baxter’s external partner, callers can seek advice or report concerns in any one of 150 languages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and may choose to remain anonymous. No caller identification features are attached to this line. The Helpline is managed by the company’s Ethics and Compliance department.
All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed promptly. No one will be disciplined for raising good faith concerns about possible breaches of law, regulation, or company policy, and any allegations of retaliation for raising concerns will be investigated.
