Estonia WEEE Regulations
Baxter products are sold in Estonia by distributors. The distributor acts as the importer of the equipment into Estonia. Thus the distributor has the legal responsibility to:
- Register as the WEEE producer in Estonia.
- Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Baxter products that the distributor sells in Estonia.

Health & Safety Information
Baxter's customers sending equipment for recycling are required to provide a decontamination certificate for medical equipment prior to collection. Infected WEEE is not included under the scope of the directive and customers should be aware that WEEE that presents a health or safety risk to personnel because of contamination will be refused for collection.
