Supplier Quality was developed to provide a consistent approach for how we evaluate our suppliers and the tools we utilize to manage these relationships.

Consistent with Baxter's high standards for business ethics and its determination to be a responsible corporate citizen, Baxter places a high priority on compliance with U.S. export and import control laws. To help you comply with all the various export and import laws and regulations that impact Baxter, a center of excellence, the Trade Compliance Group, has been established as a key element of both Baxter´s Export and Import Management Systems. These compliance systems have been designed specifically to meet the requirements found in the various U.S. government regulations affecting these activities.

Agents and other suppliers representing Baxter are expected to comply with the letter and spirit of all applicable import and export controls and trade compliance laws.
