Gail D. Fosler, age 60, has served as a Director of Baxter since 2001. Since 1989, Ms. Fosler has held several positions with The Conference Board, a global research and business membership organization. Ms. Fosler is currently President and Chief Economist of The Conference Board. Ms. Fosler is also a director of Caterpillar Inc as well as a member of The Conference Board’s Board of Trustees.
