Robert M. Davis is corporate vice president and chief financial officer, overseeing Baxter's global financial operations.
Davis joined Baxter as treasurer in November 2004 from Eli Lilly and Company, where he served as director of corporate financial planning. He held numerous positions, including assistant treasurer, director of planning and tax counsel. As assistant treasurer, he had responsibility for overseeing global treasury operations, including cash flow planning, capital markets, working capital management and affiliate funding worldwide.
Davis currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Rush University Medical Center and is a member of its Finance Committee.
Davis earned his juris doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law and his master's degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, after graduating from Miami University with a bachelor's degree in finance.
