Michael J. Baughman is corporate vice president and controller of Baxter International Inc.
Baughman joined Baxter in 2003 as the vice president of corporate audit. He was appointed to the role of controller in March 2005.
Before joining Baxter, Baughman had a 16-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, during which he held a number of senior roles, including audit partner and partner in the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice.
Baughman is a board member and lead of the supervisory committee of the Baxter Credit Union, as well as a member of The Corporate Executive Board Controllers' Leadership Roundtable.
Baughman received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and he is a certified public accountant.
